Delivery is normally FREE within the post codes we have chosen, where applicable this will be clearly marked on every product. If the product mentions FREE delivery then you should check the delivery map to see which delivery areas are available.
Currently all garden buildings are supplied in individual panel pieces and are loaded & unloaded by hand. The new Flex Apex range will be delivered by our pallet company, you may need to assist on the unloading.
A member of staff from the logistics team will contact you in advance via telephone regarding the date your product will be delivered. If you are not in at the time of the phone-call, we will leave a message or send an email to the address you provide. We will continue to attempt to contact you until we have successfully advised you of the delivery date.

Alternatively if you would feel more comfortable you can also place your order by calling Shed Monkey on 0333 577 9400 – Over the phone we are now able to accept the following major credit and debit cards; Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo. If you opt to pay online, we except all major debit/cards and Paypal.
With card payments and Paypal, funds are taken at the point of purchase and orders will be processed the same day if received before 4pm.
