An update from the Shedmonkey Team on Covid-19

Here at ShedMONKEY, the health and well-being of our customers, employees and the wider community is our primary concern and at the heart of every decision we make. Therefore, in line with recent government advice, we had taken the decision to temporarily suspend deliveries for three weeks.

UPDATE: Following updated advice from the government, we are now starting deliveries again from the 20th April, and implementing all the appropriate safe working practices to create correct social distancing and hygiene guidance provided.

WHAT HAS CHANGED? We have re-organised our operational processes accordingly, which included changing the delivery registration so that there’s no requirement for your signature or close contact. At every step, our goal is to create and maintain a safe and hygienic environment as your building is delivered.

You can order as usual through this website or through our dedicated phone line. We would ask for your patience while we get back to our normal service levels, as it may take slightly longer to deliver your building, but we hope you will understand in the current circumstances. After all, with our exclusive 10 Year Guarantee the wait will be worth it – we promise!

Our fantastic teams working in Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and other administrative departments will continue to work remotely in order to provide our customers with all the help and advice they need.
